		<description>THIS IS NOT TRUE.  It depends on what state your in.  In Arizona (Which Cal is from in the Video) requires that you MUST HAVE A JOB OFFER CONTINGENT UPON YOU GETTING THE TRAINING.  In AZ if you can&#039;t get a company to offer you a job you can&#039;t get WIC assistance.  Additionally, you will only get around 4,000 in AZ - if you can even get it.  I have over 5,000 hours of PIC and 2 type ratings, have not flown for a year and was looking to just get current (not Airbus and 737 type ratings like everyone says you can get) but AZ will not approve even a simple recurrent checkride.  &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;WIC is a joke.  It is a government program that the states have control of.  Im of course speaking of Arizona specifically, I hear New York state gives B757 type ratings to anyone that can describe what an airplane looks like.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Don&#039;t buy what Cal says.  It is almost IMPOSSIBLE to get assistance for training.  It is mostly a ADVERTISING PLOY for struggling flight schools.</description>
