In AZ if you can't get a company to offer you a job you can't get WIC assistance. Additionally, you will only get around 4,000 in AZ - if you can even get it. I have over 5,000 hours of PIC and 2 type ratings, have not flown for a year and was looking to just get current (not Airbus and 737 type ratings like everyone says you can get) but AZ will not approve even a simple recurrent checkride. <br><br>WIC is a joke. It is a government program that the states have control of. Im of course speaking of Arizona specifically, I hear New York state gives B757 type ratings to anyone that can describe what an airplane looks like.<br><br>Don't buy what Cal says.
